SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
The Concord Apartments, professionally managed by Synergy Property Management ("we," "us," or "our"), offers a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with prospective and current residents. When you opt in, you will receive text messages regarding your rental inquiry, tour scheduling, application status updates, lease and move-in coordination, maintenance and property notices, billing reminders, and related property management communications.
2. Opting In
You consent to receive text messages from us when you (a) submit the "Text Us" form on our website and check the SMS consent box; (b) send a text message to us first; or (c) otherwise provide your mobile number with express consent to be contacted by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, rental application, lease, or service.
3. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages we send, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages sent and received.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by contacting us at (515) 444-5434 or ben@synergypropmgmt.com.

6. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information, including your mobile information, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party, excluding the aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver the messages.
7. Carrier Disclaimer; Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of any message.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of (or have the account holder's permission to use) the mobile number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
9. Changes to the Program or These Terms
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program, or update these Terms, at any time. The current version will be posted at this page with the effective date shown above. Material changes will apply prospectively. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
