Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide to us directly — online through our website forms, by email, by phone, by text message, or in person — including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. If you apply for a residence, we collect the additional information requested in the rental application. Information is stored in our secure database systems.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to respond to your inquiries, schedule tours, process rental applications, provide property management services to residents, communicate about your tenancy (such as maintenance, billing, and lease matters), measure and improve our customer service, and, where you have not opted out, tell you about our own products and services.
SMS / Text Messaging Program and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive text messages from us — for example, by submitting the "Text Us" form on this website, texting us first, or checking the SMS consent box on a form — you consent to receive text messages from Synergy Property Management regarding your rental inquiry, tour scheduling, application updates, resident services, and related property management communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party, excluding the aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver the text messages themselves.
When We Share Information with Service Providers
We may share personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as: data center, hosting, and IT infrastructure services; property management software and resident portal services; payment and billing processing; tenant screening and credit-related services you have authorized; and the delivery of communications you have requested from us. Our service providers are bound by contract to keep your personal information confidential and to use it only to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For clarity, text messaging opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with any third party for any marketing purpose, as stated above.

Cookies, Analytics, and Internet Advertising
We use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and search engine marketing services such as Google Ads. These services place and read cookies in your browser and may use web beacons to collect information (if your browser settings allow it). These cookies do not identify you personally, but allow us to understand generic information about how our website is used, such as which pages are visited and for how long. They may also track your activity after you click a search advertisement and may serve you ads based on a prior visit to our website. If you believe we hold information about you that is inaccurate, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to correct it. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP as described above.
Children's Privacy
Our website and messaging programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
