2.) Indicate if you will be working as a handyman/ or General Contrator

3.) Complete and submit an original copy of a W9 

4.) Submit proper (current-dated) insurance

5.) Submit Business License

6.) Submit CSLB License/if applies 

7.) Notify us in advance of jobs where you will be using-subs.

We Value the hard work of our vendors and ensure they will be paid net-30, and or as per contract.
